Following, but being better at it
You get another couple of stories surrounding a story that encapsulates everything. It might be a revival of the Horror anthology. Whatever it is, this second part (also called S-VHS in some parts of the world) is far superior to the first outing. It begins with the story that holds together the whole thing. While not perfect, it is better drawn (and therefor the viewer is more drawn to it), than it was in part 1.
The "shorts" (if you can call them that) are not only good, but also very different from each other. Some might have issues with a single "chapter", maybe the last one, because it is too far out, but the whole thing works and you get enough blood for your buck (as a saying should go). I also thought the last one was the weakest of the bunch, but I still liked it and there was not one story that I thought shouldn't have been in the movie (which is a step up to the previous one). Looking forward to the next one
